Although, I've also heard that Blomkamp has altogether abandoned the Halo movie and wouldn't direct it given another chance. I've heard that for there to be thought of the movie to happen, District 9 would have to do very well...for the Producer, Peter Jackson, and the Director is Neill Blomkamp...who would possibly be the director for the Halo movie. Just some stuff I heard on the vast world wide web. Maybe possibly if The Halo movie picks up again, then Peter Jackson will jump on.
