Reactions: Brutal Legend Most Likely Not Going to be Delayed

In the continuing legal saga of Brutal Legend and Activision, it would seem Activision isn’t getting there way. Kotaku is reporting that a Los Angeles Superior Court Judge has denied Activision’s request for the game to be delayed.

There is still a possibility that the game could be delayed though as the judge hasn’t actually ruled on either of the two lawsuits that are involved, but he did say that he “can’t say there’s a likelihood of success here.”
