Amid the chaos of the Penny Arcade Expo this weekend, Stephen Toulouse, the man in charge of bringing down the Xbox Live ban hammer, delivered a sermon to be remembered. And because I can’t put it better myself, take this this Kotaku poster’s comment as a review: “A fantastic sketch that touches on the very essence of online douchebaggery.” Indeed.
