This nifty little piece of art by Pixel Fantasy, shows a great majority of video game controllers. I particularly like looking at the evolution of the Playstation controllers, and how they don’t really change at all. And then there’s the massive mess of buttons that represented the behemoth that was the original Xbox controller. It’s also fun to look at how absolutely messed up some of the earlier consoles controller’s looked. A lot of them look like crop circles… Oh, and I especially like the coffee cup stain, adds a nice touch of class. The full size version can be found at the link at the bottom of this post.

This reminds me of a question I often find intriguing: What’s your favorite controller?

Mine would have to be the Xbox 360 controller. The spacing and layout of the buttons just seems perfect, and it’s much better for shooters than the PS3 controller.
