Recently, executive producer for 2K Marin, Alyssa Finley, sat down with CVG to talk Bioshock 2. Most of the interview consists of answers to questions that we already knew, but if you pay close enough attention, there are few bits of information about the new Big Daddy which have yet to be revealed.

Looks like Bioshock 2 will be maintaining that same creepy and atmospheric vibe that the first one had. It would also appear that the game will feature some underwater segments as well. Unfortunately the enemies look to be the some old splicers, but at least we get to kill them with awesome looking new guns and plasmids. The only real problem I have with that video is the fact that as a Big Daddy, you still walk around like some normal guy. What happened to the thundering steps of the Big Daddy from the first game? I mean, that might get annoying over the course of an entire game, but the lore is established. They can’t just change it! The way it is now, it’ll just feel like you’re a normal guy with a freaking drill attached to his arm…it should totally be a chainsaw instead. But anyways, game looks like it’s shaping up well so far. And that Little Sister’s voice at the end is just plain creepy.
