Reactions: First Halo Legends trailer
No, your eyes don’t deceive you. That’s a trailer for not a Halo game, but a Halo anime. The series of seven short animated films will be known as Halo Legends and should be coming directly to DVD sometime in 2010. But if you can’t wait that long, the all new Halo Waypoint will give us a sneak peak of a few episodes this fall.
Author: CodyRandom: More Halo Literature

Like this, but shorter and less useful.
DK Publishing and Microsoft are collaborating to bring us an immensely necessary piece of literature, The Halo Encyclopedia. Hot on the heels of the announcement of the forerunner trilogy, The Halo Encyclopedia will include 352 wonderful full-color pages of Halo minutia. Look forward to absorbing this trivial knowledge this November, just in time for the release of Halo: ODST. It’s Halo mania!

Like this, but 100,000 years earlier.
As a fan of the first Halo novel, The Fall of Reach, and as somebody who really would like to know more about the Forerunners, that ancient race of beings who anihilated themselves from the galaxy to get rid of the Flood, the recent announcement of a new trilogy of Halo books based on the Forerunners seems just snazzy.
