Reactions: MGS: Peace Walker to feature more ads than a public box
You see how I turned “bus” into “box” there? Truly, the world has never known a wordsmith as capable as myself. Well, maybe there’s one other person capable of spinning insanity into something the masses approve of. That’s right, Mr. Hideo Kojima is at it again, injecting Peace Walker with Monster Hunter, Assassin’s Creed II, Pepsi, Doritos, AXE body spray, and more collaborations and crossovers. Check out this article if you want to full skinny on how these things will work in the game. Most of it just seems like a shameless way to make a buck because Kojima knows that he could turn the series into NASCAR and people would still buy it, but the Monster Hunter stages actually sound like they could be half-way fun.

It’s only two weeks, so not really a huge deal. You know what else isn’t a huge deal? This green PSP bundle that was announced with the delay. Thing looks like a gum-wrapper.

When they first announced this little PSP game and said that it was going to be a Metal Gear Solid experience on par with its console brethren, I honestly didn’t take it seriously. But if this trailer is any indication, then Peace Walker will be a shining addition to the MGS franchise. I guess I just don’t understand why they’re putting such a full-fledged, story-driven game on a portable. But hey, the gameplay looks fun, and that’s all that matters.

Yes, this is actually what the PSP Go looks like.
Looks like most of those rumors from last month were true. Gaming Console Network received their copy of Sony’s latest Qore video a little early. Said video confirms many of the rumors which have been floating around about the PSP Go/PSP 2/PSP 4000 for the past couple of months. The system will have no UMD drive; it will feature 16 gigs of internal memory with a memory slot for more; and Gran Turismo PSP will be announced for the system at E3.

It'll look pretty much exactly like this if the rumors are true.
This time we get a release window. Pocket Gamer claims to have spoken to an inside source who is developing on the new system. The system will apparently be out before Christmas, and will be in direct competition with the iPhone. Having touch screen capabilities, but like any good portable system, it will also have a d-pad, as well as two, yes, two, joysticks.
